Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that in case of a return or exchange, the policy mentioned below will be followed.

Is the product returnable?
Unfortunately, since this is a personal clothing product, we cannot offer any returns, but we can allow size based exchanges.

Can the product be exchanged or replaced?
We can issue replacement in case you receive a product that is damaged/defective. In such a case, you need to inform us within 7 days of the product at our email address support@invogue.shop or raise an exchange request via our exchange portal here.

I want to get a replacement, how do I get it?
In order to get a replacement, please write to us at support@invogue.shop and mention your order number along with the reason of why you want a replacement. Our team will go through the replacement request and issue a replacement within 24-48 hours. Alternatively, you may raise an exchange request via our exchange portal here.

The bodysuit doesn't fit me properly, I want different size!
Simply email us your order ID and the size that you want to be replaced, and we will get back to you with further instructions. Alternatively, you may raise an exchange request via our exchange portal here.

If in case for some reason, customer wishes to exchange for a size that is out of stock, in such case the customer needs return the original item and has to wait for restock to get the exchanged size.

If a customer wishes to exchange for a size that is not listed on the website, then such exchange requests cannot be honored and no refund will be provided for the same, however, in certain cases, we might be able to honor these requests depending upon whether those sizes would be launched in the coming future or not. 


Exchange Process

In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100 (Which will be credited back to the customer’s store wallet after product quality check is completed, the standard timeline for the refund is 3 to 7 working days).

This fee has to be paid at the time of raising an exchange request. 

Once the fee has been paid, the exchange gets approved on the backend based on the details provided.

Once the exchange is approved, a pickup for the exchanged item will take place. Once the exchanged item reaches us, we will dispatch the replacement item.

Refunds

Since the products are non-returnable, no refunds will be made, however, if in case in special circumstances, any refunds arise due to a change in variant/color/product etc. Then such refunds shall be provided to the customer in form of a discount code of the same value as the refund amount which can be used by customer while placing a new order. The standard timeline for such refunds is 3 to 7 working days.


Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This is because we import our products internationally, and custom fees and taxes are immediately charged upon receipt of the order. These fees are non-refundable, and unfortunately, we are unable to absorb the cost of cancelling orders.
