We strive to ensure that all orders are dispatched promptly and delivered within the estimated time frame.

Once you place the order, you will be notified with the placement of order. Day, date and time of dispatching the order and the delivery of the order. So, we suggest you check your email or your inbox from time to time.

However, due to logistical issues, it may happen that your order may take upto 7-10 days to be delivered. 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This is because we import our products internationally, and custom fees and taxes are immediately charged upon receipt of the order. These fees are non-refundable, and unfortunately, we are unable to absorb the cost of cancelling orders.
