1. Eligibility Criteria

   • This offer is valid on orders where the total product value is ₹6000 or more, excluding any additional fees such as COD charges, shipping charges, taxes, or any other surcharges.

   • Orders where the final amount crosses ₹6000 due to COD fee or any other charges will not be eligible for the offer if the actual product value is below ₹6000.

2. Offer Details

   • Eligible orders will receive one free Labubu doll with their purchase.

   • The Labubu doll will be selected at random from a pre-curated collection. Customers cannot choose the color, style, or variant of the doll.

   • The doll will always be an original Labubu product but exact variants may vary based on stock availability.

3. Dispatch Timelines for Labubu Doll

   • While every effort will be made to ship the Labubu doll along with your order, due to potential stock shortages, there may be delays.

   • In such cases, the Labubu doll may be shipped separately within 30 days from the date of your order.

   • Partial fulfillment of the order does not affect eligibility; as long as your product value is ₹6000 or above, your Labubu doll will be processed accordingly.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

   • Orders placed under this offer are non-returnable and non-refundable.

   • The Labubu doll provided under this offer is non-exchangeable and cannot be returned or replaced for any reason, including but not limited to personal preference of color, design, or receipt of duplicate dolls across multiple orders.

   • Any product exchange or return requested outside this offer will follow Invogue’s standard policy, however, the free Labubu doll remains excluded from such requests.

5. General Conditions

   • This offer cannot be clubbed with any other coupon codes, offers, or promotions unless explicitly mentioned.

   • Invogue reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel the offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.

   • In case of any fraudulent activity or misuse of the offer, Invogue reserves the right to cancel the order or withhold the free gift.

   • The offer is valid only for orders placed on official Invogue platforms (website/app) and is subject to stock availability.

6. Force Majeure

   • Invogue will not be liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, shipping delays, or customs hold-ups related to the Labubu dolls.
